Subjective factors are all the requests and instructions of the Client, often they can run counter to objective factors. The main task of the Contractor is to select a solution so that it meets all the agreed conditions. The first step is the task of designing a boiler room. This happens after a dialogue with the Client, all the necessary information is collected from him, and the premises in which the installation is planned are studied. At the first stage, it is decided what is the purpose of the future boiler plant, what thermal power it should have, what kind of fuel will be used. At this stage, the reality of the installation of the boiler room is clarified, as well as the approximate place where it will be located. Further, after the preparatory stage, the Client must submit a package of documentation.

Further, when all the necessary permissions are in hand, the design process begins. For the design of modular boiler houses, this stage is the creation of a connection with the existing engineering networks.

At the next stage, the project is coordinated with all services that control these processes, the cost for the design of the boiler room is negotiated and its production starts, delivery to the agreed place and installation.
