Our company has all the permits for the supply, production and transportation of heat energy:

• Permission to determine the contractor for the supply of heat energy.
• Permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
• Object readiness certificate for operation.

Heat energy production is carried out only on high-quality heat-generating equipment, both of its own production of the EPG-KOLVI Group of Companies and on the existing equipment of the customer.

For an uninterrupted supply of heat energy, there is a round-the-clock support of highly qualified workers. Full dispatching of the facility with real-time control function. If necessary, we provide qualified operators for boiler rooms. The company has a service department for instant settlement of emergencies.

For cooperation with the customer, the EPG-KOLVI Group of Companies provides the following services:

• Calculation of the tariff for heat energy for an individual delivery object;
• Coordination of tariffs with the customer and in local authorities;
• Development of temperature graphs for the object;
• Conclusion of contracts;
• Legal support of the customer in the field of heat supply.
